The Nissan Navara 4×4 has been around for quite a while now and is still proving popular with a loyal following in this increasingly competitive sector from Ford’s Ranger and now VW’s Amorak. The Navara has a proven record and is used as both a serious workhorse and for leisure by its followers. This stylish workhorse, available in King cab or Double Cab format in the UK, will carry up to a hefty 1125kg in it’s 1.51m or 1.86m load bed.
Powered by Nissan’s 2.5 litre turbodiesel engine giving out 190ps using a 6 Speed box or an optional Auto box or the more powerful and thirstier 3.0 litre 231ps turbodiesel with 7 speed auto, fuel economy shouldn’t be the highest thing on the list when you own one of these. Official combined fuel figures from the Euro 5 engines range from 29.7mpg to 34.5mpg with CO2 coming in at 215 to 250g/km.
There are four trim levels; Visia, Acenta, Tekna and the top of the range 3.0 litre Outlaw. All are very well equipped as standard increasing as you up in trim levels with the Tekna & Outlaw kitted out like a luxury car. Comfortable to drive although ride is on the firm side but above all you have the use of 4 wheel drive meaning snow or mud no longer pose a problem.
A stylish, well equipped and comfortable albeit firm ride 4×4 that’s hard to beat…good value for money
We can "totally" recommend the service received from Paul and Totally Vans.
In addition to the final price being extremely competitive, the entire process was absolutely painless. So much so, made me question why previous vehicle purchases were so laborious!Michael, Claire, Adam and Albi – Commercial Catering Contracts LTD.
