The VW Caddy is an impressive little van. It is well built with a high quality interior and comfortable for both long and short journeys. The Caddy or the slightly longer Caddy Maxi are powered by a 1.6 TDi in 75ps or 102ps or a 2.0 TDi 140ps engine all utilize the quieter common rail Euro 5 diesel engines. For increased fuel efficiency and lower emissions, as with other models in the VW line-up, the Caddy & the Caddy Maxi are available with BlueMotion technology as an option.

Although well put together, the basic Startline model is well…a little basic but still a comfortable place to be. If you want electric windows, parking sensors, Bluetooth & cruise control then you need to upgrade to the Trendline and if you want air con and alloys to go with it then you’ll be looking at the top of range Highline option. The Caddy’s load area is fairly reasonable at 3.2m3 and 4.2m3 for the Maxi, however the load compartment is a bit on the narrow side and payload range from 681kg to 766kg which is not as high as some of the rival models.Excellent, well-built high quality van with well-balanced and economical engines. The 75ps is somewhat underpowered and payloads are not as good as some rival vans. Drives superbly!
We can "totally" recommend the service received from Paul and Totally Vans.
In addition to the final price being extremely competitive, the entire process was absolutely painless. So much so, made me question why previous vehicle purchases were so laborious!Michael, Claire, Adam and Albi – Commercial Catering Contracts LTD.
